A. W. Pink

Arthur Walkington Pink was born in Nottingham, England, and spent formative years in pastoral ministry across the United States and Australia before settling in Stornoway, Scotland, in 1934. There he continued writing his monthly journal Studies in the Scriptures until his death in 1952. His work The Sovereignty of God, a sustained defense of God’s absolute rule over creation and redemption, has shaped generations of Reformed readers and remains in wide circulation today.
